The Armed Forces Education Trust is a charity supporting children and young adults whose education has been compromised or put at risk as a result of parents' past or current service in our Armed Forces.

The Rev. Frank Buttle founded Buttle UK over 60 years ago. An adoption pioneer in the early 20th century, Frank also wanted to help educate the children of poor, single parent families. Buttle UK gives grants to help with fees at independent or state boarding schools for children and young people who have a boarding need. Buttle UK does not fund day fees.

The Canon Holmes Memorial Trust is dedicated to providing financial assistance to parents who on account of a change in family finances find themselves unable to continue to meet their financial commitments to their children's education within the independent sector.

The RMF assist GMC registered doctors and their families who have a proven financial need due to little in the way of income or savings. We can provide assistance with school fees for children of GMC registered doctors enabling them to maintain educational stability in times of distress. Assistance is mainly considered for those in their public examination years.

Non-educational financial assistance, both regular and one-off awards, are also considered for GMC registered doctors, or their widows, widowers and children who have a proven financial need.

Educational grants for individuals under 25 years of age who have lived or attended school in the City of Westminster, for at least two years. The Foundation also gives grants to schools and organisations that are situated within the City of Westminster. The school or organisation must be assisting people that live or attend school in the area.

ADMST offers support to the children of RAF personnel past and present. Eligibility is checked through the parent's service record. Parents can be biological, adoptive, guardians, or one who has no formal connection but has accepted financial responsibility for the child.

Grants are made to enable students to remain at their present fee-paying school for their sixth-form years when parents or guardians are no longer able to meet their planned financial commitments for education as a result of a sudden or unexpected family crisis.

The Girls' Day School Trust (GDST) is the UK's leading family of independent girls' schools, with nearly 4,000 staff and 20,000 students between the ages of three and 18.

Educational awards for single parent families when the child is over the age of 11, and for sixth form students with one or both parents. There must be a connection with the City of London either by the pupil attending a 'City' school or either parent having lived or worked in the 'City'.

The charitable Objects of The NFL Trust are the promotion of education of girls in accordance with Christian principles in schools and colleges in the United Kingdom, primarily by awarding bursaries to assist girls aged 11 to 18 to attend schools which charge fees.

The Ouseley Trust is a registered charity set up to promote and maintain to a high standard the choral services of the Church of England, the Church in Wales and the Church of Ireland.

We can support with educational costs for children where at least one parent is, or has recently been, a sales representative, selling business to business, with a significant element of travel and whose family circumstances have been affected by adversity.

The aim of the Trust is to assist those parents who, having selected private education for their child with reasonable expectations of being able to meet the considerable costs from their own resources, are unable to pay the fees as a result of genuine hardship, arising from an unforeseen change of circumstances.

Grants are made at the sole discretion of the Trustees.

We assist Sixth Form students to continue at their existing fee-paying school after a loss of family income due to an unexpected crisis. In most cases the school will already have agreed to provide significant financial assistance.

Wispers Trust was founded following the closure and sale of Wispers School for Girls, Haslemere. An investment portfolio was created for the dedicated purpose of providing an interest-profit base that would be used to assist pupils whose education in Years 11-12 (GCSE) or Years 12-13 (A2) would be compromised by parents or guardians being unable to pay the fees, through no fault of their own. Recipients have to be resident in Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey or London.
