The Armed Forces Education Trust is a charity supporting children and young adults whose education has been compromised or put at risk as a result of parents' past or current service in our Armed Forces.

Short-term grants are given for children already attending fee-paying schools to help them when parents / guardians find themselves in unforeseen financial difficulties or for children who have exceptional circumstances of social need.
Buttle UKVisit Website
The Rev. Frank Buttle founded Buttle UK over 60 years ago. An adoption pioneer in the early 20th century, Frank also wanted to help educate the children of poor, single parent families. Buttle UK gives grants to help with fees at independent or state boarding schools for children and young people who have a boarding need. Buttle UK does not fund day fees.

Fashion & Textile Children’s TrustVisit Website
The Fashion & Textile Children's Trust provide education and wellbeing grants to support children (0-18 years) whose parents or guardians work, or have recently worked in the UK fashion and textile industry. This trade connection needs to be for a minimum of three years, within the last 9 years.
