The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Children’s Fund

The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Children's Fund is the only charity dedicated to supporting children whose parents work, or have worked, for the Naval Service.

The Royal Pinner Educational Trust

The Royal Pinner Educational Trust is an educational trust for the children of commercial travellers, travelling sales (commercial) and technical representatives and manufacturers' agents, where the family has suffered adversity, and with a preference for children who have not yet attained the age of 25.

The School Fees Charitable Trust

The aim of the Trust is to assist those parents who, having selected private education for their child with reasonable expectations of being able to meet the considerable costs from their own resources, are unable to pay the fees as a result of genuine hardship, arising from an unforeseen change of circumstances.


Grants are made at the sole discretion of the Trustees.

Thornton Smith & Plevins Young People's Trust

We provide financial assistance to Sixth Form students in independent education whose families no longer have the sufficient means to pay the required fees.

Wispers Trust

The Wispers Trust was formed following the closure of Wispers Girls School, Haslemere in 2008. It exists in order to provide financial assistance (e.g. contributions toward school fees, boarding fees, etc) to deserving pupils in Year 11 (GCSE) and Year 13(A2), whose parents or guardians are experiencing unforeseen financial difficulties, for instance reduced family income arising from bereavement or loss of employment.


Preference is given to applicants living in Greater London, Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex.
